We understand that circumstances sometimes require changes to planned appointments. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange, as cancelled appointments are difficult to fill at short notice.
Procedure cancellation fees may vary. If you need to cancel a planned procedure, please contact the practice as soon as possible — separate charges from the hospital facility may also apply.
To cancel or rearrange an appointment, please use the contact form on our website. Cancellations received outside office hours will be recorded by timestamp of the first contact received.
If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and cancellation charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
